Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Adult with a uterus aged from 18 to 50 years
  2. * Participating in the Lifestyle Care for Fertility program
  3. * Able to speak and understand English.
  4. * Has email address and access to mobile device with a functioning data plan.
  5. * Infertility-related diagnosis
  1. * Age \< 18 or \> 50 years
  2. * Having a significant and uncorrected visual, hearing, or cognitive impairment
  3. * Inability to provide consent
  4. * Current pregnancy
