Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This randomized clinical trial is evaluating the impact of a positive psychology intervention (PATH) on anxiety symptoms, depression symptoms, and quality of life in survivors of hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) compared to usual care.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Adult patients (aged 18 years and older) undergoing allogeneic HSCT and are approaching 100-days post-HSCT
  2. * Ability to speak, read, and respond to questions in English or Spanish to complete study procedures
  3. * Access to a basic telephone
  1. * Patients who underwent allogeneic HSCT for benign hematologic conditions
  2. * Patients who received outpatient HSCT
  3. * Patients with severe psychiatric or cognitive conditions, such as dementia, determined by their transplant oncologist to make them unable to provide informed consent or comply with study procedures
