Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility, acceptability, and fidelity of an 8-week intervention where peer coaches will deliver depression care to adults 60 years of age or older who have depression and subjective cognitive decline.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:60 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Older adults aged 60+
  2. * Endorse subjective cognitive decline
  3. * Endorse depressive symptoms
  4. * not currently experiencing suicidal ideation nor active, untreated manic, psychotic, or substance use disorder
  5. * fluent in English and able to give informed consent
  1. * Meets diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment or Alzheimer's dementia
  2. * Meets diagnostic criteria for a current major depressive disorder
  3. * have a history of neurological and psychiatric comorbidities such as major depressive disorder in the past 12 months
