This study evaluates if AI can be used with transvaginal ultrasound images for early detection of endometrial cancer or premalignant lesions.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Age ≥ 55 years
  2. * At least one episode of postmenopausal bleeding (PMB)
  3. * Endometrial biopsy available from at Mayo Clinic (MN, AZ, FL), Mayo Clinic Health System (MCHS), or an external institution
  4. * Acceptance to participate in the study
  1. * Diagnostic tests performed more than 90 days apart
  2. * Physical impediment/refusal to undergo transvaginal ultrasound (TVUS)
