Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this study is to examine hypoxic vasodilation and the role of beta-adrenergic receptors in younger premenopausal, perimenopausal, and older postmenopausal women.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Female assigned at birth
  2. * Pre, peri- or post-menopausal
  3. * Healthy weight (BMI ≥18 and ≤30 kg/m2)
  1. * Male (assigned at birth)
  2. * Pregnancy, breastfeeding
  3. * Use of hormone replacement therapies
  4. * Hysterectomy
  5. * Body mass index \>30 kg/m2
  6. * Diagnosed sleep apnea
  7. * Current smoking/Nicotine/Drug use
  8. * Nerve/neurologic disease
  9. * Cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, respiratory disease
  10. * Blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg
  11. * Diabetes, Polycystic ovarian syndrome
  12. * Communication barriers
  13. * Prescription medications
  14. * Malignant cancer
