Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The goal of this project is to develop and validate a reproducible scorecard for the neurological assessment of patients with leptomeningeal metastases that can be used in clinical trials including such patients, as well as in clinical practice.

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Adult patients (18 years or more), female or male
  2. * Histologically confirmed diagnosis of extra-CNS primary solid cancer
  3. * Diagnosis of leptomeningeal metastases confirmed or probable per EANO ESMO criteria
  4. * Performance status compatible with enrolment into clinical trials
  5. * Ability to consent
  6. * Signed informed consent form from patient
  7. * Participation in a parallel clinical trial is allowed in this non-interventional study
  1. * Inability to give informed consent
  2. * Inability to adhere to recommended follow-up according to the treating physician
