  1. * Diagnosis/disease status: New diagnosis of head and neck cancer
  2. * Allowable type and amount of prior therapy: No prior treatment
  3. * Age ≥ 18 years.
  4. * Ability to understand and the willingness to sign a written informed consent.
  1. * Patients who have had treatment of head and neck cancer
