Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This pilot research study will provide timely access to behavioral health services through the provision of a single-session narrative therapy intervention. The goal of this 6-month study is to test the acceptability, feasibility, and fit of the intervention in an integrated primary care clinic serving people living with HIV.

Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Adults (age 18 years and older)
  2. * Referring providers at \[Blinded\] clinic (social worker, primary care physician, mental health professional etc.)
  3. * Ability to complete the research survey or interview in English.
  1. * Participants with need for urgent mental health treatment (e.g., at imminent risk of suicide or harm to others; disabling symptom presentation)
  2. * Inability to provide informed consent
