  • * BMI 18.5 to 40 kg/m2
  • * Habitually active (\>150 minutes per week of moderate-vigorous physical activity)
  • * Pregnant or trying to become pregnant
  • * Recent use of creatine supplementation
  • * Supplemental allergies
