This study aims to refine and pilot test HARMONY, a psychoeducational intervention for patients with newly diagnosed hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Age ≥18 years
  2. * New diagnosis of HCC within the last three months
  3. * Clinical, radiographic, and/or pathologic diagnosis of concomitant cirrhosis
  4. * Ability to complete study procedures English
  1. * Significant uncontrolled hepatic encephalopathy
  2. * Cognitive impairment, or psychiatric disorder which will interfere with study participation
  3. * Patients near the end of life for whom hospice is recommended
