This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this study is to assess whether an AI based counseling service can be beneficial for patients to assist in management of gestational diabetes.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Women aged 18-45
  2. * Diagnosed with GDM in pregnancy
  3. * Able to use a smartphone
  4. * Fluent in English or Spanish
  1. * Pre-existing diabetes
  2. * High-risk pregnancies due to other medical conditions
  3. * Inability to consent
  4. * Non-English and/or Non-Spanish speakers
  5. * No smartphone access
