Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This is a clinical readiness skin punch biopsy sample collection study. This will allow to reduce manufacturing time when patients are identified as eligible to receive product under separate interventional treatment protocol.

  1. * Age 18 and older
  2. * Congenital heart disease
  3. * Likely to qualify for an active clinical trial under IND 28611 in the future
  1. * Previous cardiac transplantation
  2. * Unable or unwilling to consent
  3. * HIV diagnosis
  4. * Hepatitis diagnosis
