Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The goal of this study is to better understand the use of the Huckleberry app, a pediatric sleep guidance app and the impacts on infant sleep and maternal mental health.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Is at least 18 years old
  2. * Has a child between the age of 0-12 months
  3. * Receives healthcare through UMass Memorial Health
  4. * Is a part of the Medicaid Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) population
  1. * Lacks capacity to consent
  2. * Does not understand English
  3. * Does not have internet access on their smartphone or at home
  4. * If the infant is in Department of Children and Families (DCF) custody or is admitted into the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
