Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of a web-based dialysis decision support tool on decisional conflict, and values-treatment concordance and other decisional outcomes in individuals with advanced chronic kidney disease, and to assess the tool's acceptability and usability.

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. 1. Age \>=65
  2. 2. Estimated GFR \<25 ml/min/1.73m2
  3. 3. English speaking
  4. 4. Not a candidate for kidney transplant based on nephrologist assessment.
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
