Eligibility Criteria

  • * Chronic pain requiring opioid medications as an outpatient
  • * Opioid use disorder on medication assistance treatment
  • * Prolonged QTc \> 500ms
  • * Chronic kidney disease with eGFR \< 30mL/min
  • * Documented cirrhosis
  • * Intolerance to methadone
  • * Subsequent surgeries after index surgery
