Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Age 18 or greater
  2. * Seen at MD Anderson Cancer Center Thoracic and Lymphoma Oncology Clinics for a follow-up visit
  3. * Been treated with at least 2 lines of palliative systemic cancer therapies
  1. * Diagnosis of cognitive impairment or dementia requiring a surrogate decision maker
  2. * Non-English speaking
