Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This study examines the time course of activation of the left anterior temporal lobe (ATL) during lexical processing using Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Participation Criteria

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years to 40 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:Yes
Standard Ages:ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Participants must be within the ages of 18 to 40
  2. * Native speakers of English
  1. * Potential participants with a clinically reported history of dementia, alcohol abuse, psychiatric or neurological disorders, traumatic brain injury, or extensive vision or hearing problems that prevents them from performing the tasks
  2. * Contraindication to TMS, determined by a standard TMS screening form
  3. * Contraindication to MRI, determined by a standard MRI screening form
  4. * Left handed participants
