Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this study is to use information technology (IT) to support the efficient delivery of HIV prevention and care best practices in the dental care setting.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Member of the Dental Team (Provider, Hygienist, Dental Assistant, Care Navigator) at one of the randomized sites with direct patient contact
  2. * Able to provide written informed consent.
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
