A single-center, non-randomized, prospective observational, pilot study designed to determine what is the optimal number of pleural biopsies to take during pleuroscopy.

  1. * Consecutive patients who require pleuroscopies will be enrolled to the study.
  2. * Age ≥ 18
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
