Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

The aim of this study is to design a sleep and mindfulness intervention to improve sleep, quality of life, and cognitive function among older adults.

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Older adults (age 55 years of age and above) residing in residential facilities.
  1. * Severe cognitive impairment according to the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).
