Participation Criteria

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years to 75 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Diagnosis with coronary artery disease (based on current EKG or prior diagnosis)
  2. * New patient
  1. * Current tobacco use
  2. * Current cancer diagnosis
  3. * An ongoing clinically defined infection
  4. * eGFR \< 30
  5. * Pregnancy
  6. * Lactation
  7. * Prior hospitalization within past 6 months
  8. * Unstable angina
  9. * Heart catheterization within past 6 months
  10. * Cardiac perfusion study past 6 months
  11. * Have not been on any form of a plant-based diet previously
