Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This project will pilot test an implementation facilitation intervention to increase prescribing of medications for alcohol use disorder (MAUD) in patients with major mental illness and alcohol use disorder in three psychiatry treatment clinics.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years to 90 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * For prescribers: working as a prescriber, non-prescribing clinician, or administrator at one of the three participating clinics.
  2. * For patients: has major mental illness (major depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, other psychotic disorders; posttraumatic stress disorder)
  3. * For patients: has Alcohol Use Disorder and is being treated in one of the three participating clinics.
  1. * For all: age is less than 18 years old
  2. * For all: not able to complete informed consent
