This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of different doses of EVO756 in adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Chronic AD that has been present for ≥6 months
  2. * Validated-Investigator's Global Assessment score of ≥3
  3. * EASI of ≥16
  4. * BSA of AD involvement of ≥10%
  1. * Any clinically significant abnormality in laboratory evaluations, physical examinations, vital signs, or ECG at Screening
  2. * Use of certain medications
  3. * Presence of skin comorbidities or other condition(s) that may interfere with study assessments
  4. * Significant AD flare, in the opinion of the Investigator, within 4 weeks prior to study entry
