Study of AVZO-1418 as a Single Agent and in Combination Therapy in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors (AVZO-1418-1001)

This study, the first clinical trial of AVZO-1418, aims to determine the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, maximum tolerated dose, and antitumor activity of AVZO-1418 when administered intravenously as a monotherapy and potentially in combination therapy to patients with locally advanced or metastatic epithelial solid tumors.

Prospective External Control Cohort In Patients With Newly Diagnosed Advanced or Metastatic EGFR Mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

The objective of this study is to build a prospective cohort in patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with common EGFR mutations. In NPM-002, there will be standardized data collection at baseline, on-treatment and at discontinuation of therapy. Patients who enroll prior to initiation of osimertinib treatment (\~30%) will undergo imaging with standardized intervals.

ASPEN-09: A Study of Evorpacept in Combination With Anti-cancer Therapies in Advanced / Metastatic Malignancies

The purpose of this study is to evaluate evorpacept with anti-cancer therapies in advanced/metastatic malignancies. The study is comprised of the following substudies: * Metastatic HER2+ breast cancer (MBC) - single-arm substudy evaluating the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of evorpacept in combination with trastuzumab and chemotherapy in participants with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer who have previously received trastuzumab-deruxtecan. This substudy is actively recruiting. * Metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) - dose escalation phase to evaluate evorpacept in combination with other drugs. This substudy is not recruiting. * Recurrent/metastatic head and neck cancer (HNSCC) - dose escalation phase to evaluate evorpacept in combination with other drugs. This substudy is not recruiting.

LUNAR-2: TTFields With Pembrolizumab + Platinum-based Chemotherapy for Metastatic NSCLC

This study, known as LUNAR-2, aims to investigate the effectiveness and safety of using TTFields, delivered by the NovoTTF-200T device, concomitantly administered with pembrolizumab and platinum-based chemotherapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. The primary goals of the study are to assess overall survival and progression-free survival. Secondary objectives include analyzing outcomes based on the specific histology (subtype) of the lung cancer.

Comparing SingLe- Vs Multi-Fraction Spine STereotActic Radiosurgery in Spinal Metastases

The goal of this study is to determine whether fractionated Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) for spine metastases is associated with improved local tumor control compared to single-fraction SRS. Patients will be randomized to treatment with spine SRS using either 22 Gy in 1 fraction or 28 Gy in 2 fractions.
