Histological Study to Evaluate Skin Changes After PicoWay® 1064 nm and 532nm Picosecond Fractional Laser Treatment
Description

This is an open-label, two-arm, histological evaluation study. Subjects in this study will be assigned to Arm 1 or Arm 2, taking into account skin type, to receive PicoWay fractional treatment: Arm 1: 532nm hand-piece Arm 2: 1064nm hand-piece Subjects will receive one treatment for peri auricular and/or Buttocks according the Investigator decision, with the fractional hand-piece All subjects will have biopsies from the treated area: * at baseline prior to treatment; * immediately after treatment (within 30 minutes) or 48 hours after treatment; * 2 months after treatment. Methodology described in the protocol to evaluate efficacy and safety of treatments will be carried out at each visit at the clinic.

Description

This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Excel V 532 nm KTP laser for the treatment of dyschromia of the neck and/or chest (poikiloderma of Civatte).

Treatment of Hypopigmented Scars With Bimatoprost
Description

Patients who have hypo-pigmented burn scar will have two scars chosen and randomized to treated scar and control scar. The subject will then have both scars treated with fractional ablative CO2 laser (FLSR). The treated scar will have bimatoprost delivered through the laser channels, while the control will have the vehicle (normal saline) only delivered. The treatment will continue for 14 days with twice daily application. The scars will then be monitored at a 2-week follow-up visit where levels of melanin will be evaluated. Tissue punch biopsies will also be used to evaluate the mechanism of action of bimatoprost. Treatment will occur for 6 sessions at 4-6 week intervals including follow- up visits and evaluations.

Description

This is a phase 4 trial evaluating the clinical effect of combining a placebo moisturizer and non-ablative laser to improve procedural outcomes in patients with facial dyschromia. This study's objective is to evaluate both the tolerability and improvement in signs of photoaging for a placebo moisturizer used in combination with a non-ablative laser. Physician assessments, patient reported outcomes, and digital photos will be captured.
