A Cumulative Patch Test with a Challenge Phase is a test devised to ascertain if a chemical agent or agents have the potential to cause contact irritation or contact allergy in the skin. Allergy is only elicited in immunologically competent individuals who have become sensitized through exposure to the chemical agent at a sufficient concentration and for a sufficient duration of time.
This study is to see if there's any difference in the amount of facial irritation when two acne products are used together on one side of the face, compared to one acne treatment product used alone on the other side of the face. All people participating in this trial will be required to return to the same study center every weekday for two weeks for the investigator to check for irritation on the face and to have the products applied - on weekends they will have to put them on at home. If one side of the face is more irritated than the other side, a picture will be taken as well.

This study seeks to document differences in nasal irritant sensitivity within the population. The investigators are interested in knowing whether age, gender, and allergy status (nasal allergies) predict nasal irritant sensitivity. This is important in understanding symptom reporting patterns in air pollution situations (particularly in so-called "problem buildings"), as well as in understanding the reflex mechanism of a response of the nose to irritants (e.g., nasal congestion).
The primary objective of this clinical trial is to determine the oral hard and soft tissue tolerance of an investigational essential oil, non-alcohol, fluoride containing mouth rinse in children 6-11 years of age compared to brushing alone and a marketed comparator mouth rinse when used as directed over a four-week period.
Researchers are looking for a better way to treat muscle and joint pains. Researchers have seen that medicines which help reduce pain and inflammation could be safer when applied directly to the skin, called topical application, than when taken by mouth. However, recent studies have found that using these medications on the skin can sometimes cause skin reactions such as redness, itching, or irritation in the area where the medication is applied. BAYH006689 topical gel is under development for the treatment of muscle and joint pains. In this study, participants will be healthy and will not benefit from BAYH006689. However, the study will provide information about how to test BAYH006689 in future studies with people who have muscle and joint pain. The main purpose of this study is to check whether BAYH006689 topical gel causes any irritation to the skin in healthy participants using a patch test called cumulative irritant patch test design. To do this, researchers will apply gel to participants' skin once a day for 21 days. Skin reactions will be assessed using a scale which will provide a score for redness, swelling, and other signs of skin irritation. In this study, researchers will randomly assign 4 sites adjacent to each other, on the back of the participants' bodies just below the shoulder blades. The following treatment gels will be applied using a patch. * BAYH006689 * Placebo, which looks like the study drug, but does not have any medicine in it. * 0.2% sodium lauryl sulfate (is a common ingredient in personal care products and when in contact with skin it could cause some skin irritation) * 0.9% saline Each participant will be in this study for 22 days, which includes: * a visit to the clinic within 21 days of the study start, to confirm if the participant can take part in the study. * participants will receive their assigned treatment gels at the identified skin site for 21 days. * an end of study visit on Day 22, during which the researchers will remove the designed patches and assess any signs of skin irritation. During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * do physical examinations * check participants' health by performing urine tests * ask the participants questions about how they are feeling and what adverse events they are having An adverse event is any medical problem that a participant has during a study. Doctors keep track of all adverse events, irrespective if they think it is related or not to the study treatment.

The aim of this open, before/after, multicentric study is to assess the effect and tolerance of Cicaplast Baume B5 in patients having a skin irritation (irritative and cracked dermatitis, dry eczematids, rubbing irritation, ...) under dermatological control. Patients are asked to apply the product at least twice a day until complete recovery (maximum 21 days).

This study is an evaluation of the irritation potential of 9 test products and 2 control materials applied to the backs of at least 44 volunteer human subjects over the course of a 96-hour period to determine and compare irritation scores. Subjects will be required to complete a 7-day pre-test conditioning period prior to the test period. Finn Chambers® on Scanpor® will be used to apply each test material to a designated site on the skin of the parascapular region of the upper back every 24 hours for 96 hours. The sites will be evaluated visually prior to the first patch application and immediately following each patch removal. Instrument measurements of transepidermal water loss (TEWL) will also be performed prior to the first patch application and will start between 15 to 30 minutes, following removal of each patch.

In this study researchers want to study the potential skin reaction after repeated application of an antifungal cream containing trolamine. The study plans to enroll about 32 healthy female or male participants with the age 18 - 79 years. Researchers will apply on the skin of the upper back between the shoulder blades of the study participants three different patches to cover a small amount of the antifungal cream or 0.3% solution of sodium lauryl sulfate, which is known to cause skin irritation (so called positive control). A third patch will cover a skin area without any product (so called negative control). Participants will return daily to the study center to have new patches containing the test products applied on the same skin area of the back, excluding weekends, for 21 days of continuous skin contact. At each visit the skin will be investigated by the researchers for redness, dryness and other reactions to learn about the skin reaction after repeated application.
In this study researcher want to learn more about possible skin reactions such after repeated application of an antifungal cream containing Trolamine. They are especially interested in skin irritations or allergic skin reactions. The study plans to enroll about 225 female or male participants with the age 18 - 79 years. The antifungal test cream will be applied on the back between the shoulder blades of the participants and covered by a special dressing patch. This will be repeated 3 times a week for the first 3 weeks of this study applying the cream on the same area of the back. At each visit the skin will be investigated for redness, dryness and other reactions. After a rest period of two weeks the test cream will be applied on the same skin area as before and on a second new skin area nearby. After 2 and 4 days the two skin areas will again be investigated for redness, dryness and other reactions.
The primary objective of this study was to assess the sensitization potential of Omeza Collagen Matrix compared to that of a negative control based on a Modified Human Repeat Insult Patch Test.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the skin irritation potential of PF-07038124 ointment and vehicle (placebo) in Part A following multiple-doses applied topically to healthy participants. In Part B, the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK), and skin irritation potential of PF-07038124 will be evaluated. In Part A, the highest concentration of 0.06% PF-07038124 will be applied to normal skin with a small surface area of 20 cm2 (0.1% body surface area \[BSA\]), while Part B will evaluate application of PF-07038124 and vehicle (placebo) to a surface area of 2000 cm2 (10% BSA) and 4000 cm2 (20% BSA). These data will provide support for clinical development in participants with mild to moderate AD.

This is a Phase I single-site study to evaluate the irritation potential of topically applied ATx201 GEL, 2% and 4%, along with positive and negative control and placebo control (ATx201 GEL Placebo), in healthy human subjects on intact and abraded skin. Approximately thirty-six (36) healthy adult subjects will receive all the test articles to provide for 30 subjects to complete the study. The test articles will be applied to the upper back of the subjects during the study, and the placement of the test articles will be randomized. Abraded skin will be induced using sequential tape stripping.
