This is a Phase 1, single-center, randomized, single-blind (participants are blinded), placebo controlled, four-way cross over TQT study (4×4 Williams square design) to investigate the effect of KP-001 on the QTc interval using open-label moxifloxacin as an active control, in adult healthy volunteers. KP-001 and placebo (dry syrup) will be administered in blinded manner to participants, and the moxifloxacin (tablet) will be administered in open-label manner.Total duration of study participation for each participant is approximately 8 weeks. Cardiodynamic ECG evaluations will be performed at separate locations and cardiodynamic ECG evaluators will be blinded to treatment group analyzed, ie, blinded to each of the study interventions including moxifloxacin.

Carbetocin is an oxytocin receptor agonist that selectively binds to receptors in the smooth muscle of the uterus, stimulates rhythmic contractions of the uterus, increases the frequency of existing contractions, and raises the tone of the uterine musculature. Carbetocin is approved in \>100 countries for the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony in women following cesarean or vaginal delivery. Per regulatory requirements, the current trial will evaluate the effects of high clinical exposure of carbetocin on the QT interval corrected for heart rate (QTc) as measured by ECG in healthy men and women.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of ANG-3777 on placebo-corrected change from baseline, QT/corrected QT (QTc) interval, following single intravenous (IV) doses in healthy volunteer adults.
This is a randomized, double-blind (with respect to Tebipenem pivoxil hydrobromide \[TBPM-PI-HBr\]/placebo only), placebo- and active-control, single-dose, 4-way crossover study that will enroll 24 healthy adult male and female subjects. There will be a washout period of at least 7 days between dosing in each period and each subject will receive all 4 treatments over 4 periods in a crossover study design.
This study will test if a study drug (CS-3150) will affect the heart rate in healthy males and females. Two doses of the study drug will be tested. Heart rate is not expected to be different between the study groups.
The Phase I Thorough QT/QTc (TQT) study will be performed in a single center, the Vince \& Associates Clinical Research, Inc., clinical trials unit (CTU), in 72 healthy male or female subjects, aged 18 to 45 years inclusive, to evaluate the effect of zoliflodacin on the corrected QT interval of the electrocardiogram (ECG) using Fridericia's Formula (QTcF) and other ECG parameters; the correlation of the drug concentrations (and pharmacokinetic (PK) profile) with time-matched, placebo-corrected, baseline-adjusted difference in QTcF interval (delta delta QTcF); and the PK and safety profiles of the new zoliflodacin formulation. Each subject will receive one dose of each of four treatments: zoliflodacin 2 g orally, zoliflodacin 4 g orally, placebo for zoliflodacin 4 g orally, and moxifloxacin 400 mg orally. The study will last approximately 12 weeks with a subject participation duration of up to 55 days. The primary hypothesis to be tested is that following administration of zoliflodacin 2 g and 4 g, the upper bound of the one-sided 95% confidence interval (CI) of treatment effect on delta delta QTcF is \> / = 10 msec for at least one of the ECG assessments, against the alternative hypothesis that all mean effects are \< 10 msec. The primary objective is to evaluate the effect of zoliflodacin on the corrected QT interval of the ECG using Fridericia's formula (QTcF).
This Thorough-QT (TQT) study in healthy volunteers will be conducted in two phases. Phase One will be used to identify a safe supratherapeutic dose to be used in the TQT study (Phase Two). Phase Two will be a 4-way crossover TQT study. Thirty-two subjects will receive all 4 of the following treatments in randomized sequence. 1. meropenem-vaborbactam 4 g (meropenem 2 g- vaborbactam 2 g) therapeutic dose infused intravenously over 3 hours 2. meropenem-vaborbactam supratherapeutic dose to be determined infused intravenously over 3 hours. 3. Placebo (normal saline) to match meropenem-vaborbactam volume infusion over 3 hours 4. Moxifloxacin 400 mg positive control (oral; open-label)

This is a 3-arm, parallel-group, active- and placebo-controlled, double-blind, randomized study, to compare treatment with intravenous custirsen at 640 mg (highest intended therapeutic dose) with placebo. The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of custirsen treatment on cardiac conduction and repolarization (electrical activity of the heart) in healthy subjects. The positive control employed to demonstrate assay sensitivity consists of a group receiving a single oral dose of 400 mg moxifloxacin on day 7.
