Radiation Prior to TKI to Delay Progression in Advanced Driver-Mutated Non-small Cell Lung Cancers (RadiaNCe Lung X)
Description

This prospective, two-part, single-arm, phase II trial is designed to evaluate whether the use of definitive radiation to the primary lung lesion prolongs progression-free survival (PFS) in treatment-naïve, metastatic, driver-mutated non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLC) patients who are subsequently placed on a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI).

RADIANCE Continued Access Protocol
Description

RADIANCE CAP is a non-randomized study designed to allow for continued access to ultrasound renal denervation therapy via the Paradise System, and to allow for the on-going collection of safety and effectiveness data in subjects with uncontrolled hypertension despite the prescription of antihypertensive medications.

The Effect of a Healthy Snack on Radiance, Aging and Inflammation of the Skin
Description

The anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory effects of polyphenolic compounds of almonds have been reported in limited animal studies and may have the potential to improve skin radiance. However, the skin related beneficial properties of almonds have not been investigated in humans. This study will examine the effects of almond consumption on human skin radiance in Asian women as a pilot.

The RADIANCE II Pivotal Study: A Study of the ReCor Medical Paradise System in Stage II Hypertension
Description

The objective of the RADIANCE II Pivotal study is to demonstrate the effectiveness and safety of the Paradise System in subjects with Stage 2 hypertension on 0-2 medications at the time of consent. Prior to randomization, subjects will be hypertensive in the absence of hypertension medication.

The purpose of this study was to demonstrate similarity of NI-071 (proposed biosimilar to infliximab) to US REMICADE® (reference product) in terms of safety and efficacy in participants with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) not adequately responding to methotrexate (MTX).

Clinical Case Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Tolerability of a Topical Facial Treatment on Healthy Females with Fitzpatrick Skin Types V and VI
Description

This single-center, open-label, clinical case trial was conducted to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of a topical facial treatment when applied by a license esthetician in clinic in a series of 3 sessions with 1 month intervals on healthy women with Fitzpatrick Skin Types V and VI and mild to moderate global facial radiance, skin smoothness, and overall appearance. The treatment will include an topical facial treatment, biocellulose mask, and post-procedure cream. Furthermore subjects followed a 12 week skincare regimen consisting of a gentle cleanser, bland moisturizer, and bland sunscreen. Eleven (11) healthy female subjects completed the clinical study.
