This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

To determine the effectiveness, compliance, patient tolerance, ease of use and safety of total contact soft cast in diabetic foot ulcers.

  1. Age 18 years or older
  2. Willing and able to provide informed consent
  3. Able to understand and follow study procedures
  4. Stable medical condition
  1. * Allergy to Calamine or Zinc oxide
  2. * Inability to have leg wrapped
  3. * Inability to be seen weekly or as needed
  4. * Unable or unwilling to consent
  5. * Prisoners
  6. * Persons lacking capacity to consent
