Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The object of this study is to longitudinally collect clinical outcomes of patients receiving deep brain stimulation for movement disorders with the objective of making retrospective comparisons and tracking of risks, benefits, and complications.

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Levodopa responsive Parkinson disease OR
  2. * Medically refractory Essential Tremor OR
  3. * Medically refractory Dystonia
  1. * Dementia (Mattis Dementia Rating Scale \<130)
  2. * Structural abnormalities precluding intracranial surgery
