Eligibility Criteria

  • * Levodopa responsive Parkinson disease OR
  • * Medically refractory Essential Tremor OR
  • * Medically refractory Dystonia
  • * Dementia (Mattis Dementia Rating Scale \<130)
  • * Structural abnormalities precluding intracranial surgery
